Chris Kemp is a self-taught artist and designer working with a wide range of clients. WHEN NOT making various “stuff” in his studio located in charleston, SC. he enjoys surfing and beach culture, which he often references in his work. His subject matter seeks to find juxtaposition in the everyday monotony and the chaos that surrounds it. he uses bold colors and a blend of tight illustration with loose, expressive layers giving each piece varying dimension and complexity. above all, it’s about having fun and enjoying the process.
